The Company is extremely proud to announce that Gaynor Powell Personnel & Office Manager for we clean has recently been awarded the CIPD Level 5 Certification in Human Resource Management.
This impressive qualification has taken Gaynor 2 years to complete and has involved a weekly day release from work to attend college classes together with numerous projects and assignments that have been completed in Gaynor’s own time which is never easy when working Full Time, running a home and bringing up a young family.
Gaynor commented “I am so pleased to have persisted with the course and obtained this qualification as it will allow me to continue my own personal development within the Company as the Human Resource function within we clean is only going to become more critical as we continue our impressive rate of growth”.
Gaynor is pictured in Cap and Gown after formally receiving her diploma at the official Solihull College Graduation Ceremony held at the St John’s Hotel Solihull.
Congratulations also go to Beverley Etheridge Contract Management Support Manager to the West Brom Building Society account having successfully completed her City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Cleaning & Support Services Management.
Beverley who joined the Company in 2007 commented “the work involved in obtaining this qualification has been challenging but I am absolutely delighted to get the award as it will further enhance my management capabilities and skills in this ever changing industry sector”.

In addition to Beverley’s and Gaynor’s success Martin Barr our Warehouse & Engineering Assistant has recently completed his City & Guilds Portable Appliance Testing qualification. This certification will provide Martin with the formal skills to effectively and safely maintain the Company’s ever increasing stock of electrical cleaning equipment.
Paul Concannon Director commented “Martin is a ‘real’ success story within the organisation joining we clean straight from school, he has developed both personally and professional over the past 5 years to the point where he can self perform a number of critical tasks for the Company”.
