The Company at the beginning of November formally committed itself to the Investors in People accreditation programme as further confirmation that we clean understand that ‘its business is its people’!
An initial diagnostic was carried out on the organisation which involved a 3 hour interview with the Directors of we clean where the Company Ethos, Culture and Training programmes were discussed at length.
A number of action points were identified that will need to be addressed to meet the demands of the programme and these will be implemented over the next 2 – 3 months with a view to obtaining the official award in spring 2012.
