Earlier this month we clean held its annual Management Conference / Training day at the Head Office of Premiere Products in Cheltenham.
The Senior Management team within the business enjoyed a full day which included a presentation from the Directors of we clean detailing Company Performance both Financial and Operational, Medium Term business objectives and Long Term Strategic goals.
The Managers were tasked to carry out their own SWOT analysis on the Company and these were discussed at length between the team.
Premiere Products carried out a number of training modules with emphasis being placed on the management of BEST PRACTICE within the cleaning industry. In addition all Managers had a one to one Personal Development Review with the Directors to discuss their current and future contributions to our business success.

All Managers received a certificate of attendance.
