NEW FACES @ WE CLEAN
We are delighted to announce the arrival of 3 new faces into the Business over recent months!
Our first arrival is Robb Paton, Robb is Contract Manager for Birmingham East. In his role as a Contract Manager, Robb is both personable and friendly which is a critical attribute as he is often the Client’s first point of contact. With this in mind, a lot of Robb’s time is spent visiting Client’s on-site, he will check to see everything is running smoothly and ensure the Operatives are reaching the high standards set by the Company.
When Robb first joined we clean, he was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of the Management Structure, in particular the fact that he works so closely with both Directors, which in turn allows him to provide a great level of service to the Company’s Client base. After only a short time with we clean, Robb commented that he’s
“Glad to have found a Company that works for each other and that cares so much for all of its employees and clients alike.”
Robb has worked in various different industries, ranging from Aviation and Installations to Construction, but he feels he has now found his niche and is incredibly excited to be part of an exciting new era at we clean.
The second ‘New Face’ to join the organisation recently is Debbie Rhodes, who is Contract Manager for Birmingham Central. Debbie has a wealth of experience within the Cleaning Industry, which she’s worked in for over 25 years. Debbie began as a Site Cleaning Manager – with a global provider of facility services – where she was located on a number of large standalone sites managing a team of Cleaning Operatives and working closely with on-site client stakeholders.
More recently Debbie has held an Area Contract Management role responsible for a portfolio of geographically spread Cleaning Contracts across Central England. Like Robb, this experience will hold Debbie in great stead as she will be regularly visiting our clients and interacting with Cleaning Operatives at a number of our high profile and long standing Central Birmingham Contracts including Gateley PLC, Symphony Hall, Town Hall Birmingham and St Phillips Chambers. Debbie was drawn to we clean and its ‘family ethos’ and the very ‘high standards that are set by the Company and the great relationships they build with each individual client.’ With so much experience, Debbie is adapting well to her new role and is enjoying being part of the we clean team.
The Company’s final ‘New Face’ is Jack Dowdeswell, who has joined we clean to develop the organisations Marketing and Social Media strategy. Jack’s background is in Journalism but he is looking forward to developing his specialism in Digital Marketing and help we clean expand their online presence through effective social media and marketing strategies. Initially, Jack’s main focus will be to source and develop content for the Company website and social media pages as well as working on strategies to grow the business and enhance the awareness of the we clean brand. Jack has been with the Company for just over a month and commented
“I am really enjoying learning about the uniqueness of the Cleaning Industry and looking forward to helping contribute to the future growth of a fantastic business as we strive to be clearly recognised as Birmingham’s premier Cleaning Company!”
