‘Summer Bloom’ @ We Clean!
In what is often perceived as a quieter period for the cleaning industry this year the summer months have proven to be a successful period of growth for we clean.
By targeting key geographic locations and specific market sectors we are delighted to be appointed as an approved cleaning partner for a number of new clients throughout Birmingham and the wider Midlands.
Since our inception in 2003 we have developed a reputation for delivering ‘service excellence’ to our client base and in particular within the commercial office space sector which began to grow during Q1 of 2021 after an understandably quiet 2020 amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
With this sector beginning to show improved activity we saw an increase in Building / Facilities Managers searching for an enhanced level of cleaning service so as to reassure their stakeholders that they were doing their utmost to present a safe and hygienic working environment!
This new approach to Building care led we clean to a significant contract win within Apex House which contains over 20,000 sq ft of prime refurbished office space and is centrally located on the corner of Five Ways on Calthorpe Road. After a seamless TUPE process we are now carrying out regular daily cleaning alongside touchpoint cleaning internal and external window cleaning via specialist Abseiling and Rope access professionals.
In addition we have recently added 50 & 52 Newhall Street to our portfolio which consists of tenanted office space within a Grade 2 listed building on Newhall Street and is managed by Aquarius Real Estate on behalf of Mercia Real Estate who we also manage cleaning for within 72 Harborne Road (Chamber House) and Northside Business Centre.
Moving away from City Centre based commercial office space we successfully tendered for Bloom & Wild’s first UK Distribution Centre in Nuneaton, North Warwickshire. This state-of-the-art facility is a bustling operational hub for this rapidly expanding flower company and we are very proud to be the approved partner to an organisation who like ourselves put the welfare of their staff first!
Finally, we clean has continued to develop its reputation for delivering bespoke cleaning solutions to the Educational Sector with a Contract win with the Bellrock Property and Facilities Management group on behalf of the Forward Education Trust to provide Daily Cleaning and Washroom Consumable services to Lea Hall and High Point Academies.
We were considered to be the contractor of choice for these ‘new build’ specialist schools that cater for children with specific behavioral and physical needs due to our longstanding relationship with Selly Oak Trust School where we have been providing ‘considerate and exceptional’ cleaning standards for over 17 years!
It is has certainly been a ‘blooming marvelous’ summer so far for everyone associated with we clean!
