Are your cleaning staff DBS checked?

Yes. We carry out DBS checks where required by the client or the environment being serviced. This is particularly important for education, healthcare, public sector, and other sensitive locations. We also undertake thorough pre-employment screening, including right-to-work verification, reference checks and, where appropriate, additional vetting procedures.

How visible is your management team?

Unlike many providers, our management team maintains a strong presence across client sites. Every contract is supported by a dedicated Contract Manager who conducts regular visits, quality inspections, client meetings and staff support sessions. This hands-on approach ensures issues are identified and resolved quickly while fostering strong client relationships.
