This past week saw Robb Paton, Contract Manager, David Holmes-McClure, Health & Safety Manager, Duncan Thomson, Training Manager and Baba Seckan, Contract Management Support undergo the BICSc Certified, Licence To Practice & Skills Training Course.
The Licence To Practice Course is interactive, using a mixture of presentations, exercises and discussion sessions. The course is 80% practical and builds upon the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to go above and beyond cleaning industry standards.
