Job Details:

• Cleaning Supervisor in the CB1 postcode
• 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday 12pm- 8pm .(Plus overtime when required)
• Paid at £15 per hour (£29,250)
• Flexibile approach to working hours is required
• Previous cleaning supervisory experience is required.

Job Purpose:

To oversee this prestigious cleaning contract, our team of cleaning operatives and to undertake cleaning tasks on behalf of the Company ensuring that all our cleaning staff are happy and motivated in their work, our clients are completely satisfied with the level and quality of service provided and to work with the Contract Manager to ensure profit margins meet Company expectations.

Key Responsibilities 

To aid in the recruitment, induction and supervise all cleaning operatives for a prestigious Cleaning Contract in Cambridge centre.  Please note that this is a hands on cleaning supervisor role which will include undertaking a wide variety of cleaning tasks as well as the following;

• Aid with recruitment which must meet the current Employment and Immigration Legislation (guidance notes provided).
• The supervisor should understand the Duty of Care obligations required of both we clean and the employee.
• To ensure that staff are supervised to deliver a reliable, consistent and professional service to our client ie ensure that staff are wearing correct uniform at all times, arrive and leave work at correct times and are polite and courteous to the client and our staff at all times.
• As Supervisor you shall keep accurate records of staff attendance and absence on site and provide timesheet evidence to the Contract Manager.
• To ensure that all holiday, sickness and unauthorised absences are monitored and covered effectively at least at cost but the service level provided to the client is not compromised.
• With the assistance of the Contact Manager, establish effective client communication in the management of this contract and will work closely with client contact.
• To manage and arrange additional cleans as per client requirements in conjunction with Contract Manager.
• Escalate any maintenance issues or repair needs as required.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, ensuring the team has what they need to uphold our high standards.
• Inspect public areas, and other spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Address and resolve complaints related to cleanliness.

As Supervisor you must ensure that all aspects of the cleaning service are delivered with the highest level of professionalism as well as develop an effective administration system supported by your Contract Manager.

The Supervisor shall always deliver the Company ethos. Essentially, we clean and proud of it!

We are looking for Cleaning Operatives who are passionate, motivated and hard working.

Cleaning operative required in the WR9 Droitwich area working;

• 7.30am-3pm Monday to Friday
• Paid at £12 per hour.
• Uniform provided.

Cleaning operative required in the B97 Windsor Road area.

Operatives required for the following shift patterns;

• Monday-Friday 16:00pm to 19:00pm
• Paid at £11.44 per hour.
• Previous experience preferred
• DBS Required (Paid for by the company)
• 5 year employment background checking required ESSENTIAL

Cleaning operatives required for an Immediate start.

We are looking for a Cleaning Operative who is passionate, motivated and hard working.

Cleaning operatives required in the Hagley Rd, Birmingham B16 8TP area.

Following Shift Patterns available:

• Monday-Friday – 5pm-7pm (10 hours per week)

Who are we looking for?

• Previous office cleaning experience preferred
• Duties will involve, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins, cleaning toilets and associated tasks as required
