Unity Trust Bank Occupy Stunning New Space In No.4 Brindleyplace
Unity Trust Bank have made the short move from No.9 Brindleyplace to a new 10,888 sq ft state of the art office suite on the third floor of No.4 Brindleyplace. Overlooking the main Central Square, No.4 has long been a much sought-after commercial destination within Birmingham, and Unity Trust have committed to another 10 years on the estate.
As part of our own long-term association with Brindleyplace, Unity Trust Bank have been a longstanding client where we have provided their daily office cleaning services within the No.9 Building (Oozell’s) since October of 2007.
Their new office suite in Brindleyplace Building No.4 has doubled their available working space and will underpin their growth strategy over the forthcoming years.
This new contract will be looked after by Baba Seckan, our loyal and experienced Cleaning Support Manager based at Brindleyplace who will be working alongside his colleague Damien Ellis, Early Morning Cleaning Operative, who is also based at Brindley. Baba and Damien will ensure all Office Space, Kitchenettes, Meeting Rooms and the Business Lounge Area remain in immaculate condition, as they aim to ensure that the working environment is maintained to the exemplary standards required by a profile financial institution.
This new contract commenced on Monday 21st of January and we are delighted to extend our long term business partnership arrangement with Unity Trust Bank!
